Jennie Auger - 1 for 3 with a RBI in a loss to DePaul and had a RBI in a win over Marshall.  Went 1 for 3 in a win over Marshall and 1 for 4 with a run scored in a win over College of Charleston.

Tracy Dean - 2 for 3 with a run scored in a win over Colorado State and 1 for 3 in a loss to San Diego State.  1 for 3 with 2 RBI and a run scored in a win over Winthrop.

Emily Batt - Lost to Santa Barbara, UCLA, and Fullerton.

And so another season begins for our Legacy Alumni...

Chanel Rose - was the Opening Day starter for San Marcos, unfortunately taking the loss against BIOLA.

Alexa Datko - saw action in the circle during Charleston's first game of the season...did not factor into the decision.  Saw her first at-bats of the season against Georgia as she was one of two players to reach base safely...also threw 1.2 innings in relief giving up 0 earned runs.

Jennie Auger - started in Left Field for Georgia going 1 for 3 with a solo home run in the first game against De Paul.  Had a sac-fly RBI in the second game off of College of Charleston.

Tracy Dean - walked twice and scored twice as UC Davis beat up Utah State in their season opener.  Started in a loss to Tennessee.

Emily Batt - walked twice in Santa Clara's season opening loss to Fullerton...threw out only potential base runner.

Jenn Ellenbeck - Opening Day starter for USD as she took the loss against a tough Stanford team.

Week of Monday, May 21st

Congrats to the following Legacy Alumni of their accomplishments this past season.

Jessica Aldrich was named Defensive Player of the Year for Orange Coast College.

Emily Batt was named Rookie of the Year at Santa Clara University.

Alyssa Parker was named to the Ivy 1st Team.

Natalie Garret was named to the Pacific Coast Conference 1st Team and the All-Southern Regional 1st Team.

Jenn Ellenbeck was named Co-Freshman of the Year in the PCSC as well as earned an Honorable Mention on the All PCSC Team.

Dana Roberts had her 1st collegiate postseason experience as Harvard advanced to the NCAA Division 1 Regionals.  Unfortunately they were eliminated after losing their first two games.

Raylene Asman also had her 1st collegiate postseason experience as Long Island University also advanced to the NCAA Regional Tournament.  Raylene went 1 for 6 at Regionals with 1 Run Batted In.  LIU was unfortunately eliminated after their 3rd game.

Courtney Baughman was the 3rd member to advance to postseason play as Hawaii was seeded against UCLA in the 1st round and proceeded to defeat the Bruins.

It has been a while since I have updated this...here are some final stats for everyone...

Week of Monday, April 2nd

Dani Griswold - hit her 2nd Home Run this weekend and was robbed on a third, as Fairfield went 3-1 for the weekend, 4-2 for the week.  Dano got the walk-off RBI in the morning game on Sunday.  Fairfield leads the MAAC with a 3-1 mark.

Alyssa Parker - has raised her batting average to .262 while also leading Dartmouth in Runs Batted In.

Tracy Dean - will medical red shirt this season due to injury.

Emily Batt - team went 1-3 this week. 

Natalie Garrett - now leading the team with a .433 average.  Natalie is also 9-2 in the circle with a 2.24 ERA.

JIll Timmer - team is now 19-9 on the season.

Mara Thornton - now batting .297 and is also 6-13 with a 4.81 ERA.

Jenn Ellenbeck - batting .228 and is also leading the team pitching staff with a 2.68 ERA and a 7-3 record.

Tracy Dean - Has played and started in 12 of 25 games for UC Davis as Tracy has missed a number of games due to injury.  Currently batting .214.

Natalie Garrett - Natalie is leading the team with her .448 batting average, 17 RBI, 19 Runs Scored, and 9 Extra Base Hits.  She is also 6-1 in the circle with a 2.48 ERA. striking out 26 while only walking 6. 

Jill Timmer - Finally began her season...and began it with a BANG!  Iowa Lakes went 5-0 for the weekend as Jill had a 3-Run Home Run, a couple of doubles, and a bunch of RBI Singles.

Mara Thornton - Lost to Columbus State giving up 3 Earned Runs in 6 Innings.  Lost to Georgia Southwestern giving up 2 Earned Runs in 6 Innings.  Beat Bluefield State giving up 1 Earned Run in 5 Innings.  Scored a Run against Catawba College. 

Jenn Ellenbeck - Beat CSU-San Marcos giving up 1 Earned Run in 7 Innings while Striking Out 7.

Alyc Kalamaha - Had three stolen bases and scored a run against Idaho State.  Was 1 for 3 against Northern Iowa and Iowa State.  Stole one base off of Iowa.  1 for 2 with 2 Runs Scored and 1 RBI vs. Charlotte.

Amanda Sanchez - Was 3 for 3 against University of San Diego with a Double and an RBI.

Dana Roberts - Pitched 4 Innings in a Win against New Mexico State giving up 1 Earned Run.  Gave up 0 Earned Runs in 4 1/3 Innings Pithced against Miami striking out 2.  Gave up 1 Earned Run in a loss to Longwood.

Jessica Aldrich - No Information Found.

Melissa Routh - Played 2nd Base but did not hit against Toledo, Penn State (2 games), and Fresno State.  Was hitless against Purdue.

Raylene Asman - Played Right Field against Michigan State and Chattanooga.  Pinch Hit against North Carolina State.  Played 2nd Base vs. Villanova.  Played Left Field against Ohio State.

Suzy Ellquist - Was 1 for 3 against Mount St. Mary's, 1 for 1 and Walked against Western Kentucky.

Courtney Baughman - Gave up 1 Earned Run in 3 1/3 Innings against Boston College.

Larkin Brogan - 1 for 2 with a Run Scored against Central Connecticut.

Nicole Miller - 1 for 3 against Florida State, Georgia State, and Appalachian State with 2 Runs Scored, Stolen Base, and 1 RBI.  1 for 4 against Western Carolina with a Run Scored.  2 for 3 against Georgia with 1 RBI.

Week of Monday, March 5th

Dani Griswold - Opened up her college career with a Triple in her first at bat...way to go Dani!!!  Fairfield lost their first two games of the season to North Carolina and Liberty.   Dani finished the first weekend 3 for 11 with a Walk and Sacrifice Bunt.  Started all 5 games at 3rd Base and played all innings of every game.  Her .272 average currently is second on the team.

Alyssa Parker - After getting stuck in Boston on their way down to Georgia Dartmouth won their first game despite having their luggage lost by the airlines (that's why you ALWAYS carry-on your glove and uniforms).  AP pinch hit in Dartmouth's first game against Georgia Southern and collected her first hit and run in their second game against Gardner Webb while playing 3rd Base.  In their next game against Boson University AP switched over to the other side of the Diamond going 1 for 4 with a Double and 2 RBI. 

Tracy Dean - Did not play.

Emily Batt - Emily was 1 for 2 against Pacific.

Natalie Garrett - No updates found.

Jill Timmer - Still is waiting to start her season...coming up next weekend in Nebraska.

Mara Thornton - Gave up one run in 3 2/3 innings against Lander.

Jenn Ellenbeck - Was 1 for 3 against Memphis.  2 for 4 against UTEP with a Double, Run Scored and RBI.  1 for 4 against UC Riverside with an RBI and also pitched 1 1/3 scoreless innings.  Gave up 2 Runs (0 Earned) and had 1 K in 2 Innings Pitched against CSU Northridge. 

Alyc Kalamaha - Walked twice and scored twice against Cal.  Went 1 for 4 against UC Davis with a Home Run and 3 RBI.  Went 1 for 3 with a Home Run against Connecticut.

Courtney Baughman - Threw 5 innings against Kent State giving up 2 Runs (0 Earned) while striking out 5.  Roughed up against Georgia pitching 1 1/3 innings giving up 4 Earned Runs.

Larkin Brogan - Pinch-ran and scored a run against Liberty.  Caught and scored two runs against Marshall.  Pinch-ran, scored a run and caught against Rhode Island.  Was 1 for 2 against Fairfield

Nicole Miller - Started at Short Stop against McNeese, Texas A&M, Illinois, and McNeese again.

Week of Monday, February 26th

Dani Griswold  - 1st games coming up this week in North Carolina...has been named Fairfield University's starting 3rd Baseman.  Trip back home to play at University of San Diego as well as San Diego State is fast approaching.

Alyssa Parker - 1st games coming up this weekend in Georgia.

Tracy Dean - Batting .227 through the first 11 games of the season.  Has started in 10 of her teams 11 games thus far seeing time both at 1st Base as well as 3rd Base.  UC Davis is out to a 6-5 start.

Emily Batt - Batting .154 through the first 15 games of the season.  Has started in 12 of the first 15 games and was brought into pinch hit in one game (she was hit by a pitch...BIG surprise...another HUGE surprise is she leads the team in getting hit by a pitch).

Natalie Garrett - Batting .426 through the first 21 games of the season.  Team is out to a 17-4 start through their first 21 games.  Was named Player of the Week for the Pacific Coast Conference on January 28th.  Has been dominating in the circle and is out to a 5-1 start with a 2.56 ERA

Jill Timmer - 1st games are on March 9th in Nebraska.  Competed on the Volleyball team in the Fall.

Mara Thornton - Batting .313 through the first 14 games of the season.  Has played in 9 of her teams first 14 games and has compiled a 3-4 record in the circle.

Jenn Ellenbeck - Batting .292 through the first 9 games of the season.  Has started 8 of her teams first 9 games and has led the team in the circle with a 2-1 record and 1.78 ERA.  Also leads the teams in Home Runs with two and RBI with seven.
