first games scheduled for September 15th. With fields across Long Island including the newly re-turfed and renovated Lasorda Legacy Park offers a variety of options for Recreational, Competitive and Upper Level Men’s and Coed Slow-pitch Softball.

- Scorekeepers will be at all games to ensure accurate and timely player statistics. Scorekeeper fees are included in the league fee - teams will not be asked to pay them at the field.
- Umpire fees are $55 per doubleheader.
- Registration includes softballs, scorebook and USSSA team registration.
- All teams are required to have a full set of bases, unless playing exclusively at Lasorda Park.

*Legacy Softball will do everything it can to ensure fair and balanced divisions. This may include a potential roster review before the season starts, and newly registered teams are strongly encouraged to contact [email protected] or 631-682-9403 to discuss the appropriate division and level of play for your team. Field locations and availability are subject to change based on the needs and requirements of the property owner/operator.
All Leagues and Divisions will follow the USSSA Rulebook for Slowpitch Softball and the newly updated Legacy Softball Rulebook. This includes recent changes such as:
•Revised Run Rules
•6/4 Format for all Coed Divisions
•Elimination of Extra Foul
All Divisions of Legacy Softball will include a scorekeeper and the cost of this is reflected in the league fee. Umpire fees are $55 per double header to be paid at the field. This is not included in the league fee. All non-Lasorda Legacy Park divisions require bases to be provided by the team manager. Both teams must bring a set of bases to all games.
