Please review the following and confirm your acceptance and agreement by clicking "I AGREE" to each statement and hitting submit below. In agreeing to the below statements, you confirm your acceptance of all of the terms and conditions listed, and the rules and regulations published and adopted by Legacy Softball. This acceptance and agreement shall enter into effect from the date of your submission, and will remain in force until and unless specifically revoked by Legacy Softball, or superseded by a new agreement.

1) Team Manager understands and acknowledges that there is no insurance of any kind (medical or liability) included in any fees paid to Legacy Softball. There is an option to purchase an insurance policy through USSSA that would cover player injuries . Information regarding insurance options are available upon request for teams that are interested. It is required that the Team Manager let all of their players know that the insurance is optional and no injury of any kind will be covered directly through Legacy Softball. It should be a team decision whether to purchase an insurance policy. *

2) Under no circumstances will the Team Manager allow someone to participate in any game unless that person has signed a Legacy USSSA Roster/Wavier form which has been submitted to the League. Both the player involved as well as the Team Manager will face suspension if an illegal player participates. *

3) Under no circumstance will the Team Manager allow and individual under the age of 18 to participate. *

4) Team Manager will not permit any intoxicated person to participate in any capacity. *

5) Team Manager will ensure that there is no alcohol or marijuana present during a game or left behind in the dugout including in the garbage cans. Cigarettes are prohibited in the dugout and on the field. When playing at a turf field the same applies to sunflower seeds. *

6) The Team Manager is personally responsible for the entirety of the tournament fee and umpire fees once the team has been placed on the schedule and/or the tournament is confirmed. *

7) The Team Manager must delegate all of the above stated responsibilities to another person in the event they are unable to attend a team game or otherwise cannot ensure compliance, and let the league know (in writing) who will be assuming responsibility for the team. *
